Nurgle Army: Deathguard

 Plague Tower I'm converting a scenic tower I had into a plague tower for my upcoming apocalypse tournament. Keep in mind this is a WIP, I just thought of the idea last night! I'll be working on it the next 2 days, as I have to have it mostly completed by Wednesday night. I'll continue to post pictures as I go. The wheels I have bought for the side are giving me a hard time, I may end up using something else. Not going for the menacing faces on the front of it just yet, I may add them later in the future. Lots of greenstuff and bitz will be added! Here it is so far:

Re: Plague Tower The bottom one is on backwards from the top two, as it's going to be the pus cannon. The plan is to green stuff over that one. I'm working on wheels also...haha.

Re: Plague Tower Lovely piece of suck on some of Squiggoth's vintage underwear-Love  The wheels look pretty neat. thought the could need more strucutre like real chariot wheels but apart from that I like em! the Pus-canon tunrs out really nice, but is it hanging a bit down at the top side? It looks so on the pic After you WILL have removed all that moldlines this is going to be an awesome - eye-catcher on the field and a weapon of mass-destruction

Re: Plague Tower Terrific Plague Tower.
I have seen quite a few scratch built towers and have not really cared for many of them......the whole need for building weapons and equipment out of rotting wood in the year 40,000 really annoys me.....this is a nice change of pace!
I am looking forward to seeing more pictures after she is painted.

Re: Plague Tower Thanks for the positive feedback and rep! The wheels are the weakest part of the tower I think. I had bought some cheap toys and broken them apart for their wheels, but couldn't get the wheels off of a metal rod used as an axle. I was pretty disappointed but think the new ones I made weren't too bad. Being that I had to make this in a day, I think it turned out pretty well. In the future, if I get more into Apocalypse, I'll probably build a new tower. This one will work for now though!
