So, here's how it's gonna work - READ CAREFULLY! There is only one 'poll' but within that are valid entries for each of the three categories. You have three votes, please vote once in each category. Please note that some of the entries will fit into two of the categories. Please do not vote for yourself! Category 1: Best PaintedKerrigan - Plague Tower MangaMax - Blight Drone Marco - Blight Drone Minamoto - Blight Drone Category 2: Best Scratch BuildEsty Buckets - Dreadclaw Kerrigan - Plague Tower Marco - Blight Drone MangaMax - Blight Drone Category 3: Best WIP Esty Buckets - Dreadclaw Mabrothrax - Plaguereaper Sink - Plague Tower TristanHoag - Plaguereaper The poll will run for one week, after which winners and prizes will be announced.

 Re: Papanurgle's Apocalypse - VOTE!
Well, what a fantastic compatition this turned out to be! Some amazing models I voted for Moto in best painted, that drone is stunning. Perfect job, what more can i say? The best scratch build was hard, I love Esty's pod, fab design and shape to it and the blight drones are ace...but Kerrigans tower is...well...so creative and original in so many ways that got my vote in this category. Best WIP was, I confess, pretty easy for me to decide. Not because one model is much better than the rest technically but because it fits in with my personal taste more and that is Mabs reaper. It is my favourite tank, of all time. So I had to vote for it. Stunner All in all a quite brilliant compatition....no pressure on the scythemania then! Thanks to Mabs for all the effort making this Forum just so damn COOL! Have some rep boss man

 Re: Papanurgle's Apocalypse - VOTE!
Mmm... I have a doubt. For the best scratch build i would vote the awesome plague tower, but i seriously dubt it is 75% scratch built. Ok, the slug is sculpted, but the whole tower is in plastic...
However I repeat: I'm the last arrived, here, and I wouldn't want to cause problems. Simply, i'm puzzled, it could be a mistake of the admin or, likely, a mistake of mine.

 Re: Papanurgle's Apocalypse - VOTE!
Thanks whoever voted for my blurry pic! My camera doesn't focus on solid black objects very well... I went Mina, Kerrigan, Mabs. Mina's drone looks like it could be the poster child for forgeworld blight drones.

 Re: Papanurgle's Apocalypse - VOTE!
lol Sink - Spoiler Thanks for all the votes so far! But yeah I second the others, great conversions, great paintjobs, and even better ideas by all the other entrants. Hard decisions for me. So my votes are in let's see where this ends.

 Re: Papanurgle's Apocalypse - VOTE!
I gave my Category 3 vote to TristanHoag - Plaguereaper. Might I add that this WIP is by far one of the coolest I have ever seen, really incredible. Seeing a thing like this is one of the reason why check this forum out in the first place. Awesome mate! Keep the good work up!

I hard a hard time deciding, so in the end I voted on the people who offered me the biggest sums of cash. Congratulations, gentlemen (you know who you are).
Off to Curaçao now ... see you in three weeks! xx

 Re: Papanurgle's Apocalypse - VOTE!
Ok, voted. The hardest choice was the best painted: considering technical realization, i would probably have voted Minamoto's Space Shrimp, but the way MangaMax painted his Flying Thing... I don't know, i really find it dead, rotten and rusted (at first i thought the armor was really rusted tin, and the flash looks really long dead). So, although i'm not fond for the model itself (the weapons, specially, don't really match with the body), i voted it. About the nurgle tower, beh, it is great: the award as best scratch build goes to it. Now the work in progress... And the troubles comes here: my vote is for ThristianHoag, but 1) It's a pity that the Dreadclaw is a little more than started, so very hard to judge. Perhaps next month it will be luckier. 2) The plague tower... Beh, I can't really say it isn't a good model, but i think it could have been more nurglish. More green stuff, more pus, more rust, altough, I have to see the model painted to judge it better. 3) Mabrothrax, i really love your tank. The pattern is awesome, and I would have voted it, if only Tristian hadn't made his masterpiece. But, let me tell, no shame for your second place. No shame. PS: Who is the cool one that voted for me?

 Re: Papanurgle's Apocalypse - Results!
The ResultsA little late I know but... The winner of the best painted category was Minamoto for his Blight Drone The winner of the best scratchbuild category was Kerrigan for hs Plague Tower The winner of the best WIP category was TristanHoag for his Plaguereaper. Each of the winners will recieve a private message... Thank you one and all for taking part, voting and generally being slimy and supportive
